Hello!

This site is a journal of the adventures of an Aussie (Narelle) and a Frenchman (Yves).

A little about us: we met on the Internet in 1996 while we were at university (Yves in France, Narelle in Australia). A few years later, in 1999, we met in person and have been together ever since.

We started this website in 2000, as a way to share our adventures with family and friends, and as a place to store and organise our happy snaps.

We're currently based in the south of France, where we've been living since 2005. Before that, we braved the rain in Scotland for 5 years. In between, we've done quite a bit of travelling and these pages serve as a journal of those trips.

2012

Happy new year! This website is now 12 years old and still running. It's crazy how time flies, but it's nice to be able to look back and remember what we did.

What's happening this year? Narelle is waiting to be granted French citizenship. No official travel plans have been made yet, as everything depends on when that comes through, but Edinburgh, Barcelona, Italy and Andorra are once again on the cards.
