On the road

We drove from Adelaide to Wilpena resort in a little less than a day. On the way we stopped at a random roadside restaurant, of which there are many. They're typically quite rustic, with simple, cheap and good food such as burgers and meat pies.

After dark, as we arrived near Wilpena, we sighted some kangaroos. It was the first time we saw some that close, so we got a big excited taking pictures despite the rubbish lighting conditions. Over the next few days, we'd see many many more of them.
