Saint-Cirq Lapopie, France

Today was scorchingly hot (about 35c) and sunny, so Yves and I took our new car for an air-conditioned drive out to Cahors and then on to Saint-Cirq Lapopie. It's said to be one of the prettiest villages in France and I think we would agree with that! It's high on top of a mountain, overlooking the beautiful River Cele and a lush green valley below.
