Cepes

Yves' mum's recipe
Ingredients
a small amount of olive oil
pinch of salt
garlic
some fresh parsely, finely chopped
Method
Wash and clean the cepes, cutting off parts of the stalk as necessary
Heat oil in a pan and, when hot, throw in roughly chopped cepes and freshly minced garlic
Toss about in pan with wooden spoon until cooked (takes at least 20 minutes)
Before serving, add salt to taste and a lot of fresh parsley
