Cepes
- Ingredients
- a small amount of olive oil
- pinch of salt
- garlic
- some fresh parsely, finely chopped
- Method
- Wash and clean the cepes, cutting off parts of the stalk as necessary
- Heat oil in a pan and, when hot, throw in roughly chopped cepes and freshly minced garlic
- Toss about in pan with wooden spoon until cooked (takes at least 20 minutes)
- Before serving, add salt to taste and a lot of fresh parsley
