Champagne soup
- Ingredients
- 6 ladles of ice cubes
- 1 bottle of bubbly
- 1 ladle of Cointreau
- 1 ladle of lemon juice
- ½ ladle of sugar syrup
- Method
- In a very large salad/punch bowl, add ice
- Next, add Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup
- Pour in the bubbly and stir
- Serve into glasses with a ladle
Long Island Iced Tea
- Ingredients 1.5 cl (one part) Vodka
- 1.5 cl (one part) Tequila
- 1.5 cl (one part) White Rum
- 1.5 cl (one part) Triple Sec
- 1.5 cl (one part) Gin
- 2.5 cl (1½ part) Lemon juice
- 3.0 cl (two parts) Gomme Syrup
- Dash of Cola
- Method
- Mix ingredients in glass over ice, stir, garnish with a lemon slice and serve in a highball glass.
