Champagne soup

Ingredients
6 ladles of ice cubes
1 bottle of bubbly
1 ladle of Cointreau
1 ladle of lemon juice
½ ladle of sugar syrup
Method
In a very large salad/punch bowl, add ice
Next, add Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup
Pour in the bubbly and stir
Serve into glasses with a ladle

Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients1.5 cl (one part) Vodka
1.5 cl (one part) Tequila
1.5 cl (one part) White Rum
1.5 cl (one part) Triple Sec
1.5 cl (one part) Gin
2.5 cl (1½ part) Lemon juice
3.0 cl (two parts) Gomme Syrup
Dash of Cola
Method
Mix ingredients in glass over ice, stir, garnish with a lemon slice and serve in a highball glass.
