Sweet crèpe recipe
- Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 2 eggs
- pinch salt
- dessertspoon oil
- 500ml milk
- Method
- Mix eggs in flour
- Mix in other ingredients
- Add milk slowly while mixing
- Serving suggestions
- Great with nutella, jam, lemon and caster sugar, honey and icecream etc.
- Strawberries and cream
- To prepare the strawberries, Narelle recommends you take a punnet of room temperature strawberries and slice them to about a centimetre thickness. Place them in a dish and lightly sprinkle them with 1-2 teaspoons of caster sugar. Stir, cover and leave sit for at least half an hour or so. The sugar will draw the juice out of the strawberries and create a lovely natural syrup.
