Crèpes

Sweet crèpe recipe
Ingredients
250g flour
2 eggs
pinch salt
dessertspoon oil
500ml milk
Method
Mix eggs in flour
Mix in other ingredients
Add milk slowly while mixing
Serving suggestions
Great with nutella, jam, lemon and caster sugar, honey and icecream etc.
Strawberries and cream
To prepare the strawberries, Narelle recommends you take a punnet of room temperature strawberries and slice them to about a centimetre thickness. Place them in a dish and lightly sprinkle them with 1-2 teaspoons of caster sugar. Stir, cover and leave sit for at least half an hour or so. The sugar will draw the juice out of the strawberries and create a lovely natural syrup.
