Gallettes
Savoury crepes
- Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 2 eggs
- pinch salt
- dessertspoon oil
- 250ml milk
- 250ml beer
- Method
- Mix eggs in flour
- Mix in other ingredients
- Add milk slowly while mixing
- Serving suggestion
- When the gallette is cooked, top it with whatever you like whilst it is still on the heat, then fold length-wise in three and serve. Our favourite combinations are:
- Spinach, smoked salmon and creme fraiche
- Smoked salmon and goats cheese
- Forestierre: 2 slices of honey-baked ham, sautéed mushrooms, grated cheese, egg yolk
