Gallettes

Savoury crepes
Ingredients
250g flour
2 eggs
pinch salt
dessertspoon oil
250ml milk
250ml beer
Method
Mix eggs in flour
Mix in other ingredients
Add milk slowly while mixing
Serving suggestion
When the gallette is cooked, top it with whatever you like whilst it is still on the heat, then fold length-wise in three and serve. Our favourite combinations are:
Spinach, smoked salmon and creme fraiche
Smoked salmon and goats cheese
Forestierre: 2 slices of honey-baked ham, sautéed mushrooms, grated cheese, egg yolk
