Moroccan Mint Tea

A sweet tea that Narelle was taught how to make in France by Moroccan friends.
Ingredients
1 tsp Chinese Green Tea
handful of fresh mint
1 litre of boiling water
about half a cup of sugar
Method
Warm the teapot first.
Add all ingredients.
Infuse for 10 minutes.
Strain into little glasses.
Optional serving suggestion:
You can also add 1 clove or some sprigs of vebena (verveine)
