Moroccan Mint Tea
- Ingredients
- 1 tsp Chinese Green Tea
- handful of fresh mint
- 1 litre of boiling water
- about half a cup of sugar
- Method
- Warm the teapot first.
- Add all ingredients.
- Infuse for 10 minutes.
- Strain into little glasses.
- Optional serving suggestion:
- You can also add 1 clove or some sprigs of vebena (verveine)
