Weeping Tiger

This is inspired by a dish from the Thai restaurant we frequent in Edinburgh [Jirada] called "Weeping Tiger", which mostly involves grilled strips of beef with some spicy sauce.
Ingredients (for 2):
250g of beef,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 piece of ginger (4mm?),
3 stalks green pepper,
Soy sauce,
3 chillis,
Stir-fry veggies (Suggest 1 carrot, 1 broccoli)
Rice
Method:
Mix the chopped garlic, ginger, chilli seeds and green pepper with soy sauce.
Cut the beef into strips; marinade in the mixture prepared before.
Now is a good time to start the rice (adding some coconut cream is a good idea).
Chop all the vegetables finely enough, pan-fry in a little oil.
When vegetables are ready, set aside, pan-fry meat quickly (pan should be really hot, and the frying should not go longer than a minute).
Don't forget the golden rule of using a wok: the oil should be smoking slightly before using it, otherwise it's too cold!
